Intertime building is an upper class residential project in the town of Blagoevgrad.
 
The building is located near a small river and a public park, as well as the campus of the American University in Blagoevrgrad.
 
Each apartment has a large terrace orientated towards the park and the river. The scale of the building is reduced visually by the array of volumes and the contrast in materials.
