Capital Fort is one of the most impressive new buildings in Sofia and in the Balkans and needs appropriate and representative common areas.

A&A Architects designed the exclusive interior of the lobby and the common parts of the building, further developing the messages of the external architectural image of the building. The central lobby consists of a series of elliptical spaces in which the active elements of the interior are located: the central core of the building, the main reception, the exit of the escalators from the underground parking and the winter garden with the cafe. These spaces are surrounded by glass walls with a combination of clear, frosted and thick glass, and above some of them there is extensive roof glazing, providing plenty of natural light in the center of the building.
