The tall multifunctional building is located in the southeastern part of Sofia near the intersection of two main boulevards and a metro station.
 
The project includes: offices, homes, retail: a restaurant, a cafe, shops, a wellness and sports center, a conference block, a panoramic playground, roof gardens and underground parking.
 
NV Tower is characterized by extensive public spaces, richly landscaped roofs and facades and a carefully constructed architectural silhouette, consistent with the context. The building opens onto the city at ground level.
