At the awards ceremony in the annual competition "Building of the Year" 2015, "Capital Fort" won first prize in the category "Public buildings for business purposes".

The competition jury commended not only the high quality of the construction of the first skyscraper in Bulgaria, but also the additional advantages that it combines, which contribute to the high quality of the working environment offered to tenants. Not to be overlooked is the fact that this project is located in one of the most representative places for the capital - the entrance to the city from Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd.

The "Building of the Year" competition has been held annually since 2002 and has become the center of the highest quality buildings offered on the construction market in Bulgaria.
