PURE is a self-service restaurant in the impressive Capital Fort building in Sofia.

The project aims to change the image of traditional self-service restaurants and create a cozy atmosphere and vision that corresponds to the impressive appearance of the building. The dining hall is made up of three zones with different ceiling heights, degrees of separation and estimated duration of stay.

An interesting fact is that above the middle part of the dining room there is a gym which has a direct visual connection with a restaurant. The interior uses a lot of greenery and elements of natural oak.
