The East Fort building consists of a major office part with retail space and underground parking below. The building has large open space office floors. All retail spaces are accessible both from the complex and from the streets, and can be turned into 2-storey volumes if required. The tall building defines the silhouette of the complex from the east. The roof of the lower volume descends gradually to the south. The building of part of the Sofia Capital City complex.
