Condo MONTEVIDEO is a residential complex in Sofia, with two buildings: Condo 1 and Condo 2. Each building is 8 stories and offers different apartments, depending on the number of rooms and their size.

The scale and the hight of the buildings and their location are carefully studied in order to provide maximum space and a large recreation area in the property, sunlit apartments and views towards Vitosha mountain and Sofia from almost every apartment. The buildings are connected by a common underground parking. It is designed on two levels. The entrance/ exit of the first underground level is situated at the north side of the plot; the second underground floor is located in the northern part of the property.
