The project offers special opportunities to each group of vacationers and redefines the environment in order to create conditions for combining the useful with the pleasant, work and rest, formal and informal communication, thus creating the necessary conditions for the development of theatrical and other stage performances within the complex.
For the holidaymakers’ comfort, different types of accommodation buildings have been developed. There is a separate area suitable for caravans, equipped with all necessary facilities and conditions for this purpose. Thus, visitors are given the opportunity to choose what their dream sea vacation should be - with a caravan or in a bungalow, and so experiencing a more secluded or more social holiday.
Recreation houses in Sozopol /Bulgarian Artist Union/
A modern multifunctional facility is also planned for- a theater that will meet the needs of the Union of Artists in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian theaters and artists. The idea of combining work and rest aims to create conditions for maximising the use of the holiday base in all seasons by organizing cultural events, theater camps, seminars or preparation of performances.
