The building is 102 m tall and faces Tsarigradsko shose Blvd, shaping Sofia’s South-east together with the towers of Sofia Capital City.
           
Its architectural style is dynamic and fluid. It is influenced by the surrounding context in order to fit perfectly to the skyline of the new business city of Sofia.
 
The building provides office areas with different floor plate size, excellent functional capacity and additional amenities required in a contemporary Class A office building.
 
The building steps back at the upper floor, allowing for large green terraces for some of the offices.
