The building is situated in the "Malinova dolina" district, Sofia. The property on which the building is situated borders to the west with the sports goods store "Decathlon". The terrain has a slight vertical drop with a decrease to the northeast. The building consists of two above-ground blocks: A and B, connected to each other on the ground floor. Below them are two levels of underground parking. The two above-ground blocks - Block A and Block B have prismatic volumes of irregular shape and are structurally independent. They have 7 above-ground floors - the ground floor and 6 office levels.
Office Building "Richhill"
