A&A Architects received the award "Best Commercial High-Rise Architecture" for the Capital Fort project at the international European Property Awards 2016-2017 competition. The award ceremony took place on October 27 in the Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel in London.
 
A&A Architects brilliantly represented Bulgaria on the international stage in London, competing with the best European professionals in the sector, as well as with the most innovative and ambitious projects of 2016.
European Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards - the largest, most prestigious and widely recognizable real estate platform in many regions of the world. The awards are determined by an independent jury of 70 proven experts evaluating the design, quality, innovation, originality and sustainability of the projects. The jury is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, Lord Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the British Parliament.
