A&A Architects has started the idea phase project of one of the major projects in Sofia. The building is located in a communicative part of the city and consists of A-class offices and retail spaces with a total area of 75 000sq.m. This skyscraper will be 126m tall and will be the highest building in Bulgaria at the time of its construction. The concept is developed in collaboration with the famous British practice – Atkins Design Studio, authors of many award-winning buildings of such scale.
