In 2016, the construction of the Sky Fort building began. Sky Fort is the tallest building in the Sofia Capital City complex, as well as in Sofia and in Bulgaria
 
The first real Bulgarian skyscraper is an office tower with a total of 49 above-ground and 3 underground levels, and a height of 202 m.
 
Sky Fort will offer comfortable office spaces with unique views of Sofia, Vitosha and the surrounding area. At the top of the building there will be  a restaurant and an observation deck.
 
The architecture is dynamic and emphasizes the advancement of technology in the 21st century.
The shape of the building symbolizes an open arch, welcoming visitors to the city through its south-eastern gate.
 
Many technological innovations will be implemented in the building: high-speed elevators, earthquake-resistant construction, an energy-efficient facade specifically designed for the site, etc.
 
Construction of the building is expected to be completed in 2021.
