In 2017, the construction of "Sofia Capital City" will continue. The Sofia Capital City complex is a large-scale project for the construction of a new "business city" with high-rise buildings in Sofia.
 
The project is located on a plot with an area of ​​57,000 square meters at one of the key locations in the city - the eastern entrance of Sofia.
 
A staged construction of the project is envisaged, and in 2016 the construction of Stage 1 will continue.
Stage 1 covers an area of ​​37,000 square meters and includes 3 buildings: Capital Fort, East Fort and Sky Fort.
 
The total area of ​​Stage 1 is 214,000 square meters and includes - 104,000 square meters of offices, 16,000 square meters of retail space, over 2,000 parking spaces, restaurants and a central park area with a lake.

The Stage 1 complex is expected to employ 7,000 people and attract 2,000 visitors daily. The total investment for the construction of Stage 1 is worth 180 million euros. Part of this investment includes the construction of public street infrastructure, public park, power substation and supply routes, plumbing infrastructure and telecommunications.
 
Sofia Capital City will unite the neighboring projects in the general environment of the new "business city" and will support the development of the capital of Bulgaria as a preferred destination for regional and international business.
