S-Tower combines different functions under one roof - apartments, hotel services, offices, a restaurant, shops, a beauty salon and recreation areas.
The intermediate spaces are located between the personal spaces (residence, office), and the entirely public spaces (street, square). They are very important in everyday life because they expand the living space and offer additional opportunities for recreation, work, social contacts.
In the S-Tower they are in abundance – a large representative lobby, a restaurant with a large terrace, semi-open spaces around the building for relaxation and social contacts of the residents, a zen garden with a water area.
The spacious lobby with a height of two floors will be like a reception room for the residents and their guests, from where the scenographic view of the richly landscaped courtyard with water effects and various areas for recreation and play will be revealed.
