Eight years after completion of the last building in Business Park Sofia, a project for a new office building has started. The new Building 15 will replace one of the first buildings in the complex – Building 13.

The new project is a contemporary sustainable office building, situated in the eastern part of Business Park Sofia.

The architecture follows the concept of creating a diverse urban fabric, which is based on the individual language of every single building in the Business Park.

Building 15 has 5 office floors with an open inner atrium, stepped on "perforated" ground floor with restaurants and retail. The passages at the ground level connect the building to different directions trough the inner atrium. The “perforated” ground floor gives a smooth transition between the inner and outer spaces, also extends the pedestrian routes and facilitates the connection with the park environment.

An open roof park is situated at the top of the building, providing additional recreation space for the tenants. The footprint of Building N15 overlaps the footprint of Building 13, but increase the green space, by replacing the old car and truck parking on the terrain. Some of the materials from the old building will be recycled for the construction of the new one.
