G-Tower is new high-rise residential building in Sofia, the aim of which is to give new qualities to the location and to search for solutions to contemporary urban topics such as forming new local communities and increasing the security of the residents.
G Tower
The building is located on “Montevideo” boulevard in Sofia. Its name means “I see far and wide”. This inspired us to create a project with unique views towards Vitosha Mountain and the city of Sofia from every apartment. We have designed a taller building with a narrower footstep in order to free up more space on the ground level for recreation, sports and social contacts.
There is a variety of apartment types in G-Tower – from studios to 3-bedroom apartments. The dimensions and the usable space in every apartment are optimized, corresponding to the contemporary urban living standards: spacious bedrooms, functional living and dining rooms, comfortable bathrooms and perky terraces. Every apartment has a living room oriented to the most appropriate direction and an exquisite view of Sofia city and the Vitosha Mountain, as well as bedrooms facing the quieter areas.
