The detached house in Krastova Vada is developed on the basis of the client's Feng Shui concept for the home suitable for his family. The project creates the optimal balance between a modern architectural image, the principles of Feng Shui and the peculiarities of the terrain.

The architectural image is formed by the marge eaves of the roof and the alternation of panels of different materials on the facade. To the eastern and western part of the building terraces with visible steel structure are landscaped into the terrain. The old walnut tree in the eastern part of the property also plays a big role in the perception of the building.
