The Sky Condos project is a vision for a new ultimate quality of urban life. It is a desire for bringing nature back into the mutli-storey city home, combining the features of a house with those of condominium apartments.

It is a concept of a home set up by rich interior spaces, merging into one another while maintaining a close relationship with the external environment and creating the perfect stage for the spectacular views over the golf area and the city skyline. It is an aspiration to create the coolest place for urban living at one of the key locations in Lima, bringing a new standard to urban residential architecture and lifestyle.

The building has 10 residential units: 9 duplex apartments, each featuring two private terraces (gardens, private pool and Jacuzzi). The double height spaces with sliding façade walls provide flexible transition between outer and inner space. The 1 single-level apartment, located at the first residential floor, has a large terrace and a garden.
