Sofia Ring Park is multifunctional project in the south part of Sofia near Vitosha Mountain. А new Master plan is developed for the territories behind Sofia Ring Mall, including a multifunctional zone, a residential complex and parks.
Different types of buildings like offices, a school, a children’s center, places for sport and restaurants are located in the multifunctional zone. The residential zone consists of different building types – apartment blocks, row houses, twin houses and detached houses.

The street between the existing shopping mall and the new development zones is designed like a lively urban retail street with diverse architecture. The offices are located in the western part in order to have more free space for parks near the residential area.
Several green corridors are designed towards the mountain, acting as a buffer between the multifunctional zone and the residential area.
The project is a finalist in a closed competition organized by the investor.
